Gokarna is a small temple town on the western coast of India in the Kumta taluka of Uttara Kannada district of the state of Karnataka. Gokarna is a temple town and a holiday destination. It is on what was once an unspoiled beach near the estuary of the river Aghanashini. Gokarna is the place where people all over world come for culture beautiful beaches and peace.

Itinerary

DAY 1: Friday

Journey from chennai to Gokarna : Leave around 3.00pm.

DAY 2: Saturday

Reach base camp.
Freshen up and have breakfast .
Explore Scuba Diving
Proceed to Murudeshwar & Mangroves board walk.
Reach Gokarna & have dinner.
Followed by campfire & retire for the day.

DAY 3:Sunday

Wake up early and freshen up.
Breakfast
Visit Gokarna beach & Mahabaleshwara temple which is a famous Shiva Temple and it houses the Atmalinga
Proceed to explore beaches of Gokarna with a trek of 7kms.
Sets back to chennai

Day 4: Monday

Reach chennai 5.00am

Pickup points

3.00 PM at Koyambedu bus stand

3.00 PM at MGR railways station chennai
